ITANAGAR, Dec 18: A three-day training programme on establishment rules to sensitize and familiarize the junior and mid level officers with their duties and responsibilities commenced here today at ATI Naharalgun.
In his address, Director, ATI, Pate Marik has termed the junior and mid-level officers as a bridge between the subordinates and seniors and emphasised that “they should therefore, motivate themselves and their subordinates in every stage of governance.”
He further urged the trainees to equip themselves with knowledge of proper rules, correct procedures and system to improve their public duties and inculcate the habit of maintaining discipline, punctuality and dedication towards their assigned duties.
Assistant director cum Course coordinator, Nani Khambo also spoke on the occasion.
