ITANAGAR, May 11:Movement of traffic will be restricted near the new legislative assembly building, Itanagar on Friday from 7am till the completion of one day special assembly session. The order issued by the Superintendent of Police, Dr. A Koan  further  stated the  arrangement was made in view of the security and smooth conduct of the session.
