KHONSA, Jun 15: As per direction of Deputy Commissioner, Tirap, Bhanu Prabha, a meeting comprising of villagers, BDO, EO(RE), was conducted at Bera village under Dadam Administrative circle on Sunday for selection of site for cluster farming under MGNREGA at the proposed site as suggested by MLA Chakat Aboh to achieve Atmanirbhar Tirap.
While addressing the villagers of Bera – CO cum BDO Dadam Block, Pik Tayom highlighted about the importance and benefits of cluster farming under MGNREGA and also advised them to select bio fencing instead of barbed wire etc. for an environment friendly set up.

Later, GBs along with village council visited the proposed location and the area of the land for cluster farming was measured through GIS mapping. DIPRO
