NAHARLAGUN, Oct 27:

 

Officials of the Apex Bank were urged to develop effective communication skills while building excellent teamwork for the overall growth of the Apex Bank.

 

Speaking at a one day training on Office Rules and Procedures, and Conduct Rules for officials of Arunachal Pradesh state Coop Apex Bank Ltd conducted at  ATI, Naharlagun today, Administrator of the Apex Bank, Habung Lampung, highlighted the importance of knowing the various rules and procedures and underscored that as bankers one needs to follow the prescribed guidelines.

 

 

 

Stating that bankers need to have patience to resolve customer’s complaints, he said only with positive efforts  of the entire workforce of the Apex Bank, the bank will grow in every parameter.

 

      

Tsering Thondok, Managing Director of Apex Bank in his speech called the training a long felt need.
