ITANAGAR, Dec 6: A joint inspection to oversee the preparatory works of Pakke-kessang district creation celebration was jointly conducted by Nyishi Elite Society led by its president, Bengia Tolum accompanied by members from central celebration committee and local celebration committee on Wednesday.
The joint team inspected the site for the festival venue, helipad, circuit house and inspection bungalow, including offices to accommodate the Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police etc., of the nascent district to be made functional at Pakke-kessang for time being until permanent infrastructures are created at Lemmi.
