ITANAGAR, Jan 3: In a significant stride towards urban development and community welfare, Mayor Tamme Phassang, along with Corporators of the Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC), engaged in a constructive dialogue with Chief Secretary Dharmendra Itanagar.
