Roing, Feb 28: MLA Gum Tayeng distributed 30 CGI sheets each to 70 beneficiaries of Paglam area during the 14th Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp conducted today at Paglam. She interacted with the public, inspected the camp and distributed benefits provided by the government departments under various schemes to the villagers.
The health camp conducted by the Health and Family Welfare department witnessed 155 people registering for free check up with 89 blood sugar tests, 62 BMI tests and 32 eye screenings done.
The SDO Paglam issued 30 birth certificates. The Food and Civil supply department renewed 41 ration cards. The Veterinary department distributed medicines for the treatment of 1499 heads of cattle,swine, poultry etc.
The day also saw 11 people enrolling for new AADHAR cards and 18 people updating their AADHAR details. The APEX bank, Dambuk received 25 filled up account opening forms of the beneficiaries.
ADC Tapik Pertin, heads of departments and administrative officers were present during the SAD camp. The public of the area came out in large numbers to avail the services provided by the government departments on the day. DIPRO
