He also emphasized the need for maintaining peace and tranquility in the boundary areas, and restraint from petty incidents which sometimes strains relationships between people living in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam boundary areas. He appealed to all to resolve to be a good human being, discharge its basic duties and responsibilities as a responsible citizen and contribute to the growth and development of the state as the government alone cannot do everything for our needs and requirements. Various social welfare schemes and programmes are launched by the government from time to time and people should avail benefits of especially Aatma Nirbhar schemes of various departments and agencies, Tagak said.
