Jairampur, Sep 16: A second sub-divisional level coordination meeting with the local public and head of departments was held here at ADC conference hall. The core idea of the meeting was to create congenial working atmosphere and to improve and maintain good relationship between the local public and the head of departments.
MLA Laisam Simai chairing the meet instructed all the officers to be present at their place of posting and attend office regularly.
He emphasized to enhance the work culture and suggested the HoDs to check and monitor their staff on regular basis as well as told them to be more punctual during office hours.
He disclosed that pay will be held up if officials are found absent from their duties or negligent in imparting their official obligations. He also stressed on maintaining quality work for tangible development. He advised the local public to involve in preservation of water sources in all villages including flora and fauna. He also announced to make plastic free constituency and asked everyone to support and make it successful.
