ROING, Jan 23: A 3-day educational –cum- exposure visit with 50 students from six secondary schools of Lower Dibang Valley district, along with two escorts,  set off  today for Guwahati (Assam) after being flagged off by DDSE Ego Doye.
The team will be visiting Kaziranga National Park, Tezpur,Oil Refinery at Numaligarh and Golaghat.
DDSE wished all the students a safe journey and hoped that the trip will be fruitful and beneficial for them. He advised the students to make proper use of  this opportunity to brush up and sharpen their intellect and knowledge about the flora and fauna, forest ecosystem etc, which will enable them to know and appreciate mother nature from close vicinity and also allow them to learn the  importance of mutual co-existence of all living beings. The programme has been sponsored under the Chief Minister's Samast Shiksha Yojana.DIPRO
