PASIGHAT, Mar 31:The students from the districts of Lohit, Tirap, Changlang, Anjaw, Longding, and Namsai studying at Jawaharlal Nehru College (JNC) in Pasighat came together today to clean the lower campus of the college premises to play their part in the Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan.

Encouraged and supported strongly by Kangge Moyong, Ward No. 12 Councillor of the Pasighat Municipal Council, by way of providing for the tools and machinery for the daylong programme, the students’ clubbed under the banner of All Lohit, Tirap, Changlang, Anjaw, Longding, and Namsai Students Union-JNC Unit (ALTCALNSU) participated in hundreds.

Councillor Moyong, in his brief speech, hailed the students for carrying out the noble step of Swachchta Abhiyaan and further urged on them to continue with the endeavour while also equally vowing to extend support for all such initiatives.
