ITANAGAR, Jul 6: The Nyishi Ethnic Students' of Arunachal ( NESA)  has welcomed the decision to observe a weeklong lockdown in the Itanagar capital region.
Welcoming the move, NESA president Biri Chattum urged the people to strictly follow the measures so that the city gets rid of Coronavirus.
It is a matter of concern that cases of COVID-19 are increasing in the state capital.
We are confident that we will succeed in containing the COVID-19 outbreak in Itanagar if we strictly follow lockdown ruled, he added.
