ITANAGAR, Dec 21: The Nyishi Ethnic Students of Arunachal (NESA) in a release has strongly opposed the announcement made by the state government to grant PRC to Non-APST people of Namsai and Lohit districts.
“The state government has undermined the sentiments of the indigenous people of the state by promising Non-APST people PRC,” it said.
Asserting that the duties of elected leaders should be to focus on development and safeguarding the rights of the indigenous people, it demanded an apology from DyCM and Chief Minister for hurting the sentiments of indigenous people of the state.
