ITANAGAR, Jun 9: According to the press release on Covid-19 for Arunachal Pradesh, as on Tuesday (12 noon) there were 55 positive cases in the state with no Covid hotspots. 
Out of the overall 12012 samples collected so far, 10457 results have been received, 10376 have been found to be Covid negative and 1555 results are still to arrive. Out of the 57 positive cases, 2 are already cured and 55 are positive.
Figures for the returnees from other states say that out of the 7222 RTPCR samples collected, 6010 have tested negative, 56 found positive (this is included in the above overall figures), 1161 results are awaited and 5257 are discharged for follow-up home quarantine.
The state currently has 2 dedicated Covid hospitals, 70 isolation facilities and 383 notified quarantine facilities. 151 violators of the lockdown/curfew orders have been booked, 11 arrests made with two FIRs registered and Rs 17,300 had been realised as penalties. State Covid Release
