ITANAGAR, Apr 12: The number of positive cases in Arunachal Pradesh remains at one as per the State Covid-19 Bulletin released on Sunday.
Through the bulletin, the state’s Directorate of Health Services has appealed the state’s people to appreciate the efforts of those providing essential services and be supportive towards them and their families. To minimise the flow of wrong information about Covid-19, the Directorate has suggested the citizens to share only authentic information available on the website of Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare or the World Health Organisation (WHO). While specifically urging the common people to cross check any Covid-19 related information from reliable sources before forwarding them on social media, the Directorate has also called for sharing of positive stories of those who have recovered from the virus attack.
Meanwhile, as on Sunday taking into account all the districts of Arunachal Pradesh, out of 253 samples collected, 223 have tested negative and 28 results are still awaited.
