ITANAGAR, Mar 5:  Ajing United Club (AUC)  called on Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein  and submitted a representation  requesting  him to   earmark   separate fund provision in the upcoming state budget for the procurement of adequate land as an alternative against the existing Indira Gandhi Park, Itanagar fo all kinds of big events.

In its representation, AUC asserted that Indira Gandhi Park is the lone recreation space in the capital complex but most of the time it is occupied by events being organized by the departments or other organization, which affects its users and also leads to massive traffic snarls.
