HOLLONGI, May 10: Indian Medical Association-Arunachal Unit on Sunday organized a free medical camp for the stranded migrant workers of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh here at the campsite.
President, IMA-AP Dr. Lobsang Tsetim informed that the team during its first visit distributed masks to all these migrant workers. “During our first visit we felt that these migrants needed some medical attention and today’s camp has been conducted as per the assurance given by IMA-AP,” Dr Lobsang said.
More than 150 migrant workers from Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh along with their 64 mules are currently stranded in Hollongi due to the lockdown.
