ITANAGAR, Dec 27: Swatant Mishra, the lead fireman from Arunachal Pradesh, recently won a bronze medal in the chess competition category at the National Fire Games 2019 held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Mishra is currently posted in Bhalukpong Fire Station under West Kameng district. Meanwhile, Director General of Police, RP Upadhyay on Thursday acknowledged and rewarded Mishra on his achievement. A total of four fire service personnel from Arunachal Pradesh participated in the national event.
