ITANAGAR, Feb 8: The state office of the Bharatiya Janata Party through a press release issued today has asked all the aspiring candidates of the ensuing parliament / assembly elections and party karyakartas to refrain from  bringing huge delegations to request  for party tickets while meeting the state BJP president, Chief Minister and  Dy. Chief Minister.
In line with party discipline and as per instructions from  the BJP central office,  such delegations will not be entertained as this could lead to factionalism within the party, the press release said. 
All the district in-charges, district presidents and mandal presidents have been requested to collect the applications from the aspiring candidates and submit it to the state office. The release also stressed on maintaining strict neutrality and avoidance of misunderstandings among the party workers, besides appealing them to exhibit team work.
