ITANAGAR, Apr 6: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Arunachal Pradesh celebrated the 44th foundation day of the BJP at the party headquarters here on Saturday which was attended by office bearers, Morcha heads and host of karyakartas.
State President In-charge, Tarh Tarak lead floral tributes to the party’s founder leaders Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay. Tarak while congratulating BJP karyakartas said that 6th April is an important day for the party where thousand of leaders sacrificed their life for the country and structuring the party from Jan Sangh to today’s BJP. He highlighted various developmental activities and its achievement by the BJP government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pema Khandu in the state. He said that BJP teaches to work with commitment and dedication towards national interest.
While congratulating CM Pema Khandu and his team for the unopposed victory of 10 out of 60 MLAs in the state, Tarak said it reflects ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ and the unwavering support and faith of the people of Arunachal Pradesh in the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Pema Khandu. He said that BJP is all set to form the government with a thumping majority under the CM Khandu in the state and said that two MPs from 1-Western and 2-Eastern Parliamentary constituency will also win with thumping majority in the state. He urged karyakartas to work and support for the victory of BJP MPs and MLAs candidates in the upcoming elections in the state. He warned party functionaries indulging in anti-party activities of action.
Spokesperson Techi Necha highlighted on long and arduous journey of the world’s largest political party and spoke about the history of the BJP and its evolution from the Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS) to the formation of the Bharatiya Janata Party and its contributions. Besides State secretaries Ashok Sangchuju and Toko Yapa also spoke on the occasion.
