ITANAGAR, Jun 22: As a part of the 6-month nationwide intensive membership drive (Sangathan Parv) initiated by the central BJP leadership, a state level meeting was conducted today here at Dorjee Khandu Convention Hall to make the endeavour successful in Arunachal Pradesh.
State Membership in-charge-cum State Vice President Tadar Dominic highlighted in detail the pros and cons of the new model of membership drive to the delegates. The meeting was chaired by Lok Sabha MP and State President Tapir Gao, National General Secretary In-charge Arunachal Pradesh Ramen Deka, Minister Kamlung Mossang, various MLAs, all state office bearers and district delegates.
State President reminded the delegates that grassroots workers and members are the real strength of BJP and progress of the party lies in their hands. He reiterated that party will be strengthened if the membership drive is successfully carried out in every nook and corner of the state and exhorted the delegates to double the membership strength in state with this membership drive.
The meeting concluded with the resolution to strengthen the party and the ruling state BJP government in the next 5 years. State BJP Press Release
