NAHARLAGUN, Nov 28: Lieutenant Palvinder Singh who is presently working at R. G. Government Polytechnic, Itanagar under 1 Arunachal Pradesh Battalion of National Cadet Corps (Army) received the ‘Appreciation Award’ from Governor of MeghalayaTathagatha Roy at the Darbar Hall of Governor House in Shillong today.
The award was given for his dedicated service and for being the best Associate NCC Officer of Arunachal Pradesh. He was felicitated on the occasion of NCC Day in presence of Major General Bipin Bakshi, VSM and Additional Director General of NCC.Lieutenant Palvinder is the first ANO of the state to get this award.
