ITANAGAR, Dec 11: The 2nd State Level Standard Judging Camp organized by the State Headquarters Bharat Scouts and Guides, Arunachal Pradesh concluded today with a procession taken out in Naharalgun.
The valedictory function was attended by Director of Secondary Education Gania Leij, as Chief Guest, DDSEs S.Ronrang and M.Pertin.
Distributing the prizes to winners, Leij appealed to all the participants and the district contingent leaders to encourage such co-curricular activities without hampering   their studies.  
Lower Dibang Valley District bagged the Overall Best prize while Kra Daadi District took the second spot.
