ITANAGAR, Mar 9:The All Arunachal Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan Teachers Association (CEC-AASATA) on Friday hailed the government for responding positively to their long pending demands for enhancement of salary, batch wise regularization and exemption from TET for in service SSA teachers.
In a statement issued here today, CEC-AASATA, President, Tarak Agung Tarh thanked education minister, council of minister along with chief secretary for the collective decision taken in a meeting recently to hike pay of SSA teachers in the state by 22% and assurance to look into their other demands also.
The union stated that decision will boost the morale of SSA teachers serving in the state especially those working tirelessly to impart quality education in remote areas.
