ITANAGAR, Jun 13:Special Secretary, WCD & SJE & TA, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Kinny Singh, today inspected various Anganwadi Centres(AWCs) under Urban ICDS Project, Itanagar and took stock of the various activities carried out at AWCs. She was accompanied by Nyapi Ringu, Dy. Director (ICDS) Hq. and SC Tok, CDPO, Urban ICDS Project, Itanagar. During the visit, Singh laid stress on monitoring including growth to assess the impact of various services including supplementary nutrition programme (SNP) and suggested that necessary requirement be placed to the higher-ups in time by the ICDS Projects.

 In the afternoon, she visited Oju Welfare Association(OWA), Naharlagun, and inspected-Special Adoption Agency(Shishu Greh), Children Home, Swadhaar Greh, (Short Stay Home), Family Counseling Centre,  Women Help Line(WHL) and Production-Cum-Training Centre. Singh also interacted with officials & functionaries of all sections there.  Later, she also visited the One Stop Centre (OSC) at TRIHMS and interacted with activists there.
