NAHARLAGUN, Jun 20 : All Arunachal Pradesh Public Transport Federation (AAPPTF) President Dobing Sonam has remarked that traffic management is the responsibility of all including the commuters on the road.
He made this comment while being accorded reception at Naharlagun Railway station by leaders of various units of transport federations of Capital Complex. Sonam and his team of 12 members attended the national level ‘All India Bharatiya Private Transport Majdoor Maha Sangh(AIBPTMM)’ meeting at New Delhi from June 14 to 16, where he has also been appointed as National Secretary of the organisation.
Sonam said that they are going to arrange a meeting of all commercial/public transport federations where all stakeholders like DC, SP, DTO, Traffic Officers will be invited to create mass awareness. He however said that all vehicle owners and drivers should update their vehicle documents as well as maintain their vehicles and obey traffic rules. He further reiterated that traffic problems may be reduced if general public and vehicle owners join hands together. Newsdesk
