Aalo, Nov 8: The Kargu Kardi Welfare Society (KKWS) is currently on a week-long Outreach Programme tour to connect people of the interior belts of society and make them aware about issues pertaining to health, education and development etc.
Led by its President Toyi Raksap and other Executive Members, KKWS is visiting Likabali, Basar, Tirbin, Dumporijo, Liromoba, Yomcha, Darak and Kamba to have detailed interactions with the public, GBs, officers, teachers and students which will continue till November 9. Raksap while disclosing that ignorance about many of the facilities extended by GoI and state government is proving to be an obstacle in mitigation of woes of the masses in grassroots level, appealed the government officials posted in interior areas to remain in their places of posting and give their best services to the people.
He further observed that most of the schools are running short of subject teachers and lacking infrastructure that has resulted in poor academic performance and urged the teachers to play proactive roles to reverse the situation. DIPRO
