ITANAGAR, Nov 10: The Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (APSLSA) today held its annual second state level commendation ceremony to felicitate the Best Para Legal Volunteer, Best Panel Lawyers and Best District Legal Services Authorities at Itanagar as a part of the NALSA directives. The programme was attended among others by Onit Panyang, Secretary Cooperation,  Budi Habung, Member Secretary, State Authority, Dani Belo, Dy Secretary, Law and Judicial, J.Chai, Ito Basar, District & Sessions Judge, Y.Ado,Addl District & Session Judges, etc. Chief guest Panyang distributed the prizes to the winners of the various categories  for the period 2018 such as the - Best Para Legal Volunteers of the state which was conferred upon  Phurpa Lhamu of DLSA, Tawang; the Best Panel Lawyer  to  Gulley Sumnyan of DLSA Tirap, while the Best District Legal Services award was given to Tawang DLSA headed by Damge Niri, Secretary, DLSA Tawang and JMFC.  It may be recalled that the winners will represent the state in the national meet to be shortly held in New Delhi.
