ITANAGAR, Nov 30: The three week Skill Development Training organised by the District Adminstration Capital Complex in collaboration with North East Frontier Headquarters ITBP concluded today with a valedictory programme organised to felicitate the trainees at the Conference Hall of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex today.
The Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan urged the trainees to enrich themselves with the knowledge that they learnt during the training and to invest it into productive output. He lauded the ITBP for providing efficient trainers to the trainees. The DC urged the trainees to do a self assessment and to get motivated which will take them higher in life. He told them that completing this course is not enough and that they should keep trying dedicatedly till they get placement in some good companies. He also urged them to work in various automobile shops, tailoring shops etc so as to increase their knowledge which will eventually help them to set up their own business.
The Director Skill Development Subu Tabin encouraged the trainees to explore possibility of working with various organisations. He urged them to use the skill acquired to become self employed and not to lose the knowledge learnt from the training.
He also explained about various schemes of the State Government like Mudra Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Chief Ministers Yuva Kushal Yojana, Prime Ministers Employment Generation Programme etc. He informed that various high skill training centres are also to be set up in the state soon. He lauded the DC and the ITBP for their initiative and assured every help from his department to the trainees.
Shreya Evani from Smart Village Movement briefed about their collaboration with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and also assured to explore possibility of placement of the trainees in various companies.
Usha International Silai School also presented a video briefing about their organisation and assured for a collaboration soon.
Topu Basar Ete also briefed about her institute.
Earlier, Puneet Sachdeva, Deputy Commandant ITBP had briefed about the training and also presented a video on the whole training process.
Later, the DC and the Director handed certificate of completion to the trainees.
