ITANAGAR, Jan 23: The special investigation cell (SIC) of Arunachal Pradesh Police has arrested another government official in connection with the illegal appointment of teachers in Changlang district.  
The SIT have arrested one  Subrata  Sarkar, a government official  working in the office  of the  Directorate of Elementary Education,Itanagar in connection for his alleged role in illegal appointments in the department, informed Superintendent of Police Anant Mittal.
