ITANAGAR, Sep 26:The Directorate Service Officers Association of Arunachal (DSOAA) in a release has appreciated the recent decision of the state government to promote doctors on basis of seniority and performance under APHS cadres rule, 2000.
“The decision will certainly create a congenial atmosphere in the department and enhance the work culture. So we appeal the department to implement the order in letter and spirit to boost the morale of the officers,” it added.
