AALO, Oct 30:  The Teacher’s Training Centre here is observing two days of cultural extravaganza starting with seminar on preservation and promotion of indigenous culture which started today. The programme is being organised by TTC along with Marjum Welfare Society and sponsored by Union Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
Attending the inauguration as chief guest and guest of honour, Gijum Tali, DIPRO and Tumto Ete, Headmaster stressed on the need to preserve the age old culture that gives us a distinct identity. Such seminars give scope for close interaction between different strata of people to exchange views on many issues they opined and exhorted the young generation to shoulder social responsibility. 
The Managing Director of the school and former minister Doi Ado said that the effort is a direction towards inculcating sense of pride in our deep rooted culture.
