Aalo, Apr 9: A team of officers from the West Siang district administration and officials from the tax department today destroyed all the seized liquor from various parts of the district.
The haul was seized by the Flying Squad Teams and Static Surveillance Teams and the destruction was carried out by the officials led by SDO K.Tikhak at treasury office and Aalo police station where it was kept for many days.
The destruction was done in presence Mother’s Vision, an NGO which is fighting against drug and alcoholism in the district led by Jumde Gamlin and her team who also participated in the exercise. DIPRO
