ITANAGAR, Dec 11: In Video Conference with Secretary DoNER, Government of India, Naveen Verma, Chief Secretary Satya Gopal directed all the Chief Engineers to submit all relevant documents on regular basis with regard to all undergoing and completed projects under Non Lapsable Central Pool of Resources (NLCPR), and North East Special Infrastructure Development Scheme (NESIDS) in the State.
In the video conference at CS Conference Hall, at Civil Secretariat, here today, Secretary DoNER reviewed all the ongoing and completed projects under NLCPR and NESIDS in Arunachal Pradesh.
Ram Krishna Sarda Mission School West Kameng, Infrastructure Development of Rangfra Government College Changlang, infrastructure development of ADC Headquarter Kodoka, Shanti Deva Vidyalaya Bomdila, Infrastructure development of Palin circle, Roing to Anini Road, Along to Pasighat Transmission Line, construction of road to Pakoti village, etc were reviewed in the Video Conference.
Chief Secretary stressed on timely submission of all relevant documents like Quarterly Progress Reports, Utilization Certificates, Copy of Work Order, Project Completion Report, SOR etc.
These documents are required in the Ministry and only on the basis of reports submitted by the executing departments second, or third instalments of funds under NLCPR and NESIDS would be released, he told the Chief Engineers.
Also, additional funds could be considered by the Ministry after submission of Utilisation Certificates of the ongoing or completed projects, he further informed.
He also stressed on Geo-tagging and photographic evidence of the ongoing or completed projects.
Chief engineers, Special Secretary Planning were present in the Video Conference with the Secretary, DoNER.
