Seppa, Mar 19: ​138 Bn, CRPF  organized a Civic Action Programme on Tuesday at Govt. Middle School, Seppa  in East Kameng district. The battalion established a library and donated a large collection of books, bookshelves and other furniture for the same.
ADC, Seppa, Himanshu Nigam, Rajendra Kumar Commandant 138 Bn CRPF, Khya Sonam,  Principal Govt Middle School, Seppa and other dignitaries of civil administration, civil police, local public, staff and students of school were present during the programme.
