MAHADEVPUR, Mar 12: 186 Bn CRPF Jaipur, Namsai organized a football tournament under Civic Action Programme at Mahadevpur, today.
The tournament was inaugurated by the chief guest, Commandant, 186 Bn CRPF Rajiv Kumar, in presence of other officers.
Speaking on the occasion, he stated 'CRPF is always ready to cooperate and help the local public and has also given various facilities for the welfare of the citizens from time to time.'
The football tournament is being organized for the youths to show and expose their talents in games and sports, he said.
A total of 4 teams participated and the final match was played between Nongkhon FC and LUFC Mahadevpur where the latter emerged victorious, stated a release.
