Roing, Jun 25: Lower Dibang Valley’s second COVID-19 positive patient, who tested positive on 13th June, has recovered and has been discharged from the Covid Care Centre, Roing after consecutive negative tests. 
He was handed over his discharge slip by DPO Marto Dirchi in the presence the medical team looking after patients in the CCC. The patient has been asymptomatic and cooperative throughout his stay at the centre. DIPRO
