ITANAGAR, Apr 29:National Council of Science Museum will soon send an expert team to the state to verify the upgradation of science related projects.

This came upon when Chairman, Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Science & Technology, Department of Science & Technology, Bamang Mangha recently held a meeting with the Director General of National Council of Science Museum at Central Research Training and Laboratory (CRTL), at Salt Lake, Kolkata.

In the meeting the Chairman has submitted few important projects for Arunachal Pradesh like establishment of new district level Science Centre at 7 districts of Arunachal Pradesh, Upgradation of existing lone Science Centre located at I.G Park, Itanagar, establishment of Astro Park, Science museum bus etc.

After a long discussion on the demands, the Director General (NCSM) Kolkata said that the district level Science Centre would be developed in phase wise manner, but   assured full support in up gradation of Science Museum Bus and Astro Park developed in AP Science Centre immediately etc.

The chairman was accompanied by Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, Er. Gaken Ete and Curator, Arunachal Pradesh Science Centre, Dr. Vivek Kumar.
