Joram, Mar 6: A Sarkar Apke Dwar (SAD) camp was held today here at the Government Higher Secondary School which benefited hundreds.
The camp was inaugurated by HGB Joram Took in presence of DC, Lower Subansiri Chukhu Takar, ADC Yachuli JT Obi and EAC Yachuli Tana Yaho.
Interacting with the villagers, DC advised them to avail the services provided by various departments during the camp.
Department of Textiles & Handicrafts provided free yarns to 10 beneficiaries and ‘Anna Apple’ planting materials were also distributed by the Horticulture Department, besides farmers’ registration. Other departments like Health and Family Welfare, APEDA, Veterinary, Agriculture, Education, General Administration, ICDS, Food & Civil Supplies etc provided their services.
People from Joram, Jara, Neelam, Yachuli, Yoglu and Talo benefited from the camp. DIPRO
