ITANAGAR, Dec 8: The 5th Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp was organised by the District Administration Capital Complex to facilitate services to the citizens by various departments today at Government Secondary School, Chimpu.
At the counter of the Food and Civil Supplies department, 12 PMUY connections were provided, 67 GHH Ration cards, 310 Ration Card forms and 112 LPG connection forms were issued.
The office of the District Transport Officer besides issuing 78 learner license, renewal etc, also generated a revenue of Rs. 14,1547.
The Women and Child Development registered a total of 151 beneficiaries in various services like providing of PMMVY form, awareness on Domestic Violence Act,  Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, ICDS services, BBBP, POCSO Act etc whereas the Department of Social Justice, Empowerment and Tribal Affairs registered  31 beneficiaries on various services like IGNOAPS(Old pension), IGNWPS(widow pension), IGNDPS(Disable pension), NFBS( Family Benefits), etc.
Under Advocacy programme Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, EAC Tame Yajum felicitated girl toppers of classes V to X of GSS Chimpu while CO Itanagar Likha Radh felicitated four parents having four or more daughters who have been educated and are now serving the State in various categories.
The Itanagar Municipal Council generated a revenue of Rs 33,975 through various services like issue/renewal of trading licence, issue of birth certificate, garbage collection charges, etc
The office of the District Statistic Officer recorded 79 Aadhaar enrolment and updation.
The Child Welfare Committee and Childline Itanagar registered 125 beneficiaries while carrying out awareness on various child-related issues while Oju Mission provided information to women affected by violence seeking support and information.
The Jan Suvidha branch of DC office provided 200 each of ST and PRC forms and processed 26 forms.
The Health Department registered 250 beneficiaries under various services like Registration of CM’s Arogya Yojana (CMAAY), incentivisation for full immunization, RDT test kit, etc out of which 71 itself were enrolled under CMAAY.
The next camp for Sarkar Aapke Dwar would be held at Pichola, Banderdewa on December 12 and the District Administration appealed to the citizens to participate and avail facilities through such events which have been specifically organised for the public.
