Naharlagun, Mar 13: Sports Authority of India, SAG Centre Naharlagun will be conducting a selection trial to scout  inborn talents of Arunachal Pradesh.
The trial will be conducted for both boys and girls from March 29 to 31 for the disciplines of boxing, karate, taekwondo and weightlifting in residential and non-residential schemes.
For boxing & taekwondo age should be between 12-14 years  and for karate & weightlifting between 12-16 years. Height should be commensurate with age in the range between 145 to 165 cm. Selection procedures will involve physical fitness test, specific skill test, medical check-up, age verification followed by checking of certificates. National/State medal winners will be given preferences.
According to SAI press release, interested candidates may appear in the selection trial along with two copies of  passport size photographs, date of birth certificate, Aadhar card and sports achievement certificates in both originals and xerox copies. SAI Press Release
