YACHULI, Dec 8: The newly constructed inspection Bungalow (IB) equipped with modern facilities at Pistana Circle was formally inaugurated here today by Local MLA, Likha Saaya in presence of ADC, Yachuli, other senior officers, PRIs, GBs and common masses.
The building which is situated on the top of a hill in Pistana has been built by Public work Department (PWD), Yachuli.
Saaya also handed over a cash amount of Rs 15 lakh rupees for construction of a hostel for model (secondary Level) school Pistana including purchasing of basic requirements.
In addition, Saaya announced that out of 2 crores sanctioned for further upgradation of Model school Pistana by the central government, he would be soon sanctioning 1 crore as the first instalment.
He also gave away another 15 lakhs rupees to fulfil the further requirement of the newly inaugurated Inspection Bungalow.
As a part of its ongoing development tour, Saaya on Saturday reached Pistana and interacted with locals, held a development meeting and took stock of all the ongoing and pending development activities.
Congratulating the Villagers, Saaya in his address said that Pistana has potential to become a model Town in next few years following the exponential growth taking place in several sectors and State Government sanctioning lots of funds for its development.
Moreover, he called for proper coordination among the villages under the circle in order to usher in progress and development.
President, BJP, Yachuli, Vishal P Nabam, Officials, PRIs, GBs and public in large number attended the meeting.
