YACHULI, Jun 27:Yachuli Legislator and Parliamentary Secretary, Likha Saaya today announced a developmental package worth Rs. 72 lakhs from the MLALAD fund for the Radhpu Panchayat segment.
Saaya, who was attending a ‘Developmental Meeting’ with the locals after laying the foundation stone of a Link Road from Deed-Sito to Ekhataya Village, said that of the total package, Rs. 12 Lakhs would be used for developing the said link road while remaining amount of Rs. 60 Lakhs would be spent on facilitating an all-weather Water Supply facility within Radhpu Panchayat segment.
Notably, Rs. 10 lakhs had already been contributed by Saaya for the development of the Link Road from Deed-Sito to Ekhataya Village.
Apart from the link road and the water supply facility, the local legislator has also assured to earmark fund provision under the State Infrastructure Development Fund (SIDF) 2018-19 for construction of a community hall as was requested by Radhpu Panchayat Segment meeting organisers Neelam Sera (Organising Secretary), Nich Budh (Organising Chairman), and Debia Sanka, former ASM through a memorandum.
The foundation stone laying ceremony on the sideline of the development meeting was also attended by Ziro Additional Deputy Commissioner Nich Doni and the Lower Subansiri District BJP in-charge Vishal P Nabam among others.
