Yomcha, Sep 20: One day training on capacity building and empowerment of rural women was organised by Future Generations Arunachal in collaboration and support from local administration at Yomcha ADC premises in West Siang district.
The training was mainly focused on Agri- allied sector including organic farming, kitchen garden practices and motivation of SHGs. Ngayi Tato, ADO Yomcha and Kinung Paboh, Organic expert encouraged the participants to start making vermin compost manure for healthy benefits. Vegetable seeds was also distributed among the participants by the ADO, Yomcha.
As many as 70 participants from various Self Help Groups participated in the day long program.
