Yupia, Jun 28: A District Level Review meeting of the Action Committee of Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) for the December 2018 to March 2019 quarter was held here at the Conference Hall of DC office.
Director, APRB RSETI Papum Pare Aben Dupak explained about the vision, aims and objectives of RSETI and appealed the members to extend logical support from other departments whenever needed. While explaining the performance of APRB RSETI 2018-19, he said that out of 18 training programmes only 16 were undertaken and 382 candidates were provided training which is below the targeted number of 450. Annual Activity Report 2018-2019 was also tabled by ADC i.e DC, Yupia, Tabang Bodung. Discussions were also made on Annual Action Plan for the financial year 2019-2020 when Chairman APRB Deepak Kumar Gupta suggested to drop the plan of training on Fast Food from the Annual Action Plan and increase the days of training on bamboo and cane craft instead. He further emphasized to include the training on dairy farming under Annual Action Plan 2019-2020. DIPRO
