ITANAGAR, Dec 28: Arunachal’s first IPS (AGMUT) Cadre Robin Hibu has been promoted as Additional Director General of Police on December 28.
Hibu is a 1993 batch AGMUT cadre and presently posted at Rashtrapati Bhavan as IGP since 2017. He will take charge as Special Commissioner of Police in Delhi.
Hailing from Ziro Valley of Arunachal Pradesh, ADGP, Robin Hibu has not only served the nation in various capacities but also in the United Nations and is also active in social work is involved with Helping Hand NGO.
