ITANAGAR, Mar 22: The Ramakrishna Mission Hospital Employees Cooperative Society Limited conducted its special General Body meeting on March 20. According to RK Mission press release, the meeting was held in pursuant to   order No. COOP(G)87/83/1352-57 dated March 11, 2019 of RCS, Government of Arunachal Pradesh and with the   invoking of section 77(3) of APCS Act 1978, the existing Board of Directors has been dissolved. A new Board of Directors has now been constituted with 7 new members for a period of 5 years. The new Board of Directors will have Dr. N. Mara as Chairman, Asit Baran Maity as Vice Chairman, Devajeet Kalita as Secretary and Arup Paul,Yaseen Tarak, Rani Borang and Morami Borah as members. RK Mission Press Release
