ITANAGAR, Jul 14: Ramakrishna Mission School alumni consisting of Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Pasang Dorjee Sona, Agriculture, Horticulture, Fishery, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary and Dairy Development Minister Tage Taki and Daporijo MLA Taniya Soki on Sunday visited the Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Itanagar and interacted with the hospital staff, authority and patients.
The visit was initiated by a group of RKM School alumni who are working in various capacities in different fields to reach out to the needy and poor patients of the hospital. Secretary of the hospital Swami Vishweshananda, who accompanied the visiting members, briefed about the facilities being upgraded and installations of new medical equipment for better health services to patients. He also informed about future plans to improve the hospital.
Lauding the yeoman services rendered by Ramakrishna Mission Organization to the people of the state through health and education sectors for ages, the Speaker requested the Secretary RKM to ensure that every person visiting the hospitals must be provided with best medical treatment and other related facilities. He also stressed on cleanliness of medical premise.
