ITANAGAR, Nov 29: The Seventeenth convocation of the Rajiv Gandhi University will be held on November 30.
Governor of Arunachal Pradesh and the chief Rector of the university, Brig. (Dr.) B.D Mishra (Retd.) will be the Chief Guest and the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Vinod Kumar Jain of Tezpur University will be Guest of Honour and will deliver the convocation address.
A total number of 31 Ph.D will be conferred in various disciplines along with 744 numbers of post graduates and 5417 undergraduates will be given their degrees.
