Rono Hills, Oct 17: Rajiv Gandhi University entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur based Research For Resurgence Foundation (RFRF) for giving way to a collaborative endeavour towards furthering cooperation in research and education.
The MOU was signed today by the Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University Professor Saket Kushwaha and Secretary, RFRF, Mukul Kanitkar here at the university campus. It aims at developing a combined structure while creating a synergy towards strengthening and streamlining research in scientific and technology development, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in a mutually benefitting way. It will provide new avenues for access, sharing and developing technical knowhow between the two institutions in the field of research.
RGU VC termed it a welcome step and expressed his optimism that it will be action oriented and result yielding. Registrar in-charge, RGU, Dr. David Pertin while reading out the gist of the MoU spoke on the importance of the joint venture in the present context and termed it a promising one.
